This how we do it and the delivery fees:
Monday to Saturday – Guaranteed same day delivery (Excluding
Public Holiday)
within the Sydney metropolitan area. We deliver to business addresses
by 5pm and to residential addresses by 6pm. If you specify a special
time (eg by 12noon) then a special courier service will be required
and we will call you to advise the extra charges.
Your order must be placed by 10am on the desired day of delivery
for us to guarantee delivery outside the Northern Beaches otherwise
orders must be placed for local deliveries by 2pm.
We do not deliver on Sundays or Public Holidays.
We deliver anywhere in the Sydney metropolitan area from our
own store and the delivery fee is $10.
For deliveries outside Sydney area we use our network of florists
within Australia to deliver the flowers for you, the cost is $20.

to contact us on (02) 9977 0000 for prices as they vary from country to country
and allow 24 hours for delivery."
Returns & Refunds
Looking after your flowers
With every delivery of flowers, we provide instructions on how
to care for them to prolong their life. It is important to remember
that flowers are perishable, natural product and will react immediately
to the environment and external weather conditions. At Rambling
Rose we pay particular attention to the quality and freshness
of the flowers
We buy from our suppliers and the preparation they given prior
to sale to ensure they will give maximum enjoyment. Unfortunately,
once we dispatch them a number of changes in conditions can occur
that affect their longevity.
The care instructions must be followed in order to increase the
life span and maintain the flower quality. Air conditioning and
extreme changes in weather conditions may also have an adverse
effect on flowers, with these variables it is not always possible
for us to guarantee the flower quality in every situation.
Most flowers should last between 5 and 7 days, should this not
occur within 4 days of the delivery date will resend new flowers.
However it is our policy that we collect the original flowers
upon delivery to asses the cause of the problem. We cannot arrange
a resend of fresh flowers to you if the original flowers are not
available for collection.
Cancellation of orders
If you need to cancel an order 24 hours must be given and your
money will be refunded in full. Cancellations received with less
than 24 hours notice will be refunded less a $15 administration
fee. We are unable to cancel orders that have been prepared and
are with our courier service.
Refunds
As there are a number of circumstance surrounding refunds we
ask that you contact us on 02 9977 0000 to discuss any queries
you may have in relation to flowers sent or received.
All refunds for orders placed online or by telephone are credited
back to the credit card on which the original order was purchased.
For in store purchases, refunds are issued in the way the original
purchase was made (e.g. credit card, eft-pos, cash or cheque).
